The property is just a few minutes from both the lidos and public beaches, as well as having basic necessities within walking distance.

- THE APARTMENT -
The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette, plus bathroom. The property includes a large level terrace overlooking the uncovered areas of the villa. It is equipped with all the furnishings and is equipped with air conditioning in every room, TV, electric stove, refrigerator and oven while linen will be provided on request of guests.
Located on the second floor of the building.
Suitable for 4 to 5 people.

It is possible to rent the apartment for stays of at least one week, subject to availability and with the following price list including consumption:

JUNE 800€ per week (for a family of 2 adults and children under the age of majority) - FULL
SEPTEMBER 800€ per week (for a family of 2 adults and children under the age of majority) - AVAILABLE
For each additional adult, up to the limit of 5 guests, the price is increased by €50 per week

Cleaning at the end of the stay 30€.
Tourist taxes excluded.
