- THE APARTMENT -
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, plus bathroom. The property includes a large level terrace overlooking the uncovered areas of the villa. It is equipped with all the furnishings and is equipped with air conditioning in every room, TV, electric stove, refrigerator and oven while linen will be provided on request of guests.

It is possible to rent the apartment for stays of at least one week, subject to availability and with the following price list including consumption:

JUNE 1100 € per week (for a family of 2 adults and children under the age of majority) For each additional adult, up to the limit of 5 guests, the price is increased by 50€ per week
JULY 1620 € per week (for a family unit consisting of 2 adults and children under the age of majority) For each additional adult, up to the limit of 5 guests, the price is increased by €100 per week
AUGUST 1800 € per week (Family unit consisting of 2 adults and children under the age of majority) For each additional adult, up to the limit of 5 guests, the price is increased by 100€ per week
SEPTEMBER 1100€ per week (for a family unit consisting of 2 adults and children under the age of majority) For each additional adult, up to the limit of 5 guests, the price is increased by €50 per week

Cleaning at the end of the stay 30€.
Tourist taxes excluded.
