The structure offers its guests the opportunity to use the large common garden, partly green and partly paved, where there is a beautiful in-ground swimming pool and a private tennis court.
The property is just a few minutes from both the beaches and the public beaches, as well as having basic services within walking distance.

- THE APARTMENT -
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, plus bathroom. The property includes a large terrace overlooking the uncovered areas of the villa. It is equipped with all the furnishings and is equipped with air conditioning in every room, TV, electric stove, refrigerator and oven while linen will be provided on request of guests.
